Standard orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Custom fabrications, rare upgrades, or specialized imported components may require 7-14 business days for sourcing and verification. You will receive an immediate dispatch update with a tracking link once your shipment leaves our facility.
We partner with leading national courier networks (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC) to guarantee secure delivery. Standard ground transit takes 3-7 business days. Express air shipping is available during checkout for select pin codes at an additional charge.
Shipping charges are dynamically calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your package. Orders with a cart value exceeding Rs. 5,000 qualify for free standard ground delivery nationwide.
Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number. You can monitor your package in real-time on our logistics partner's web portal.
In the rare event that a package is damaged in transit or lost, please contact our helpline within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We will coordinate with the logistics vendor to resolve the transit issue and process a priority replacement or full refund as appropriate.
